Different channels can offer different arrangements
The channel comparison covers direct suppliers, B2B marketplaces and local distributors. The channel name alone does not establish the most reliable option. Each listing needs its own product, service and responsibility details.

Avoid blanket channel comparisons
A direct supplier is not automatically cheaper or more stable. A marketplace listing is not automatically more expensive, and a local distributor is not necessarily unable to offer customization. Those comparisons require equivalent specifications and terms.
Read the complete quotation
Quantity, packaging, customization and delivery can change what a price covers. A smaller order does not establish a standard price premium, and a bulk order does not guarantee a lower total cost or a higher margin. The material name also does not prove quality.
Check the scope of the service
Identify who handles the sample, inspection, shipment and any after-sales issue. A supplier's stated experience with the USA or Europe does not confirm the terms of a particular order.
Keep the conclusion conditional
There is no tested supplier ranking in this article. The channel comparison identifies questions that need answers; it does not establish that moving from one channel to another is the best strategy or a common route to success.
