The supplier checklist identifies product information, quantities, prices, communication and shipping. A best-supplier label does not establish any of these, and this article does not provide a scored or tested ranking.

Match descriptions to the model
Silicone and TPE listings need the relevant specifications and care information. General quality or durability claims should not be used as evidence of consistency across the catalogue. A sample's condition does not settle later-batch performance.
Compare equivalent terms
Low minimum quantities, discounts and bulk prices refer to particular conditions. A low price alone is not proof of poor quality, just as an expensive offer is not proof of reliability. Direct and marketplace arrangements require the same attention to what is included.
Clarify the shipping responsibility
Serving the USA does not establish local stock. Confirm the actual dispatch point, packaging and relevant order terms. Prior import experience does not ensure that every shipment will proceed without delay.
Treat a long-term relationship as unproven until supported
A sequence of trial orders, larger quantities and private labelling is not a demonstrated success formula. The relevant evidence is the supplier's actual performance and agreed responsibilities, with unresolved questions recorded separately.
