Germany is an EU destination; Canada is a separate market. A supplier described as serving Europe does not establish that the same order, documentation or transport terms apply to Canada. The destination and route need to be stated for each enquiry.

Avoid assuming national preferences
Market-size and customer-preference claims need a defined country, period and data source. They should not be used to infer demand for a particular model or packaging style without supporting evidence.
Specify the private-label work
Logo, packaging and product changes need a defined scope. Minimum quantities and inspection arrangements should refer to the selected model and version. Prior export experience is background information rather than proof that every required document is available.
Keep rights and costs distinct
A private label does not automatically create an exclusive model or higher margins. Any exclusivity, design-use rights and pricing conditions need their own agreement. An advertised supplier capability does not establish a commercial opportunity in either country.
Record unresolved details
Where a product reference and its stated measurements differ, obtain clarification rather than inferring the measurement from the model name. The relevant record is the confirmed specification for the item, not a geographic marketing description.
