A supplier's European market experience does not establish where an item is stocked or where it will ship from. Germany and Canada should be considered as separate destinations with the route and parties identified for the order.

A destination name does not establish profitability or identify the route through which a product will be supplied.
Match documents to the product and destination
Product information, labelling and shipment documents need the relevant model and destination. An EU document reference should not be assumed to settle a Canadian requirement. A supplier's general offer of export support also does not define who is responsible for each step.
Clarify customization and quantities
Logo, packaging and product adjustments may have different conditions. The trial quantity and a later volume order should not be treated as one standing commitment. Confirm the version, available stock and applicable terms of each.
Keep customer assumptions separate
Statements about national preferences for materials or packaging need evidence. They cannot be inferred from the country name. Product testing, feedback and repeat purchasing describe possible activities, not a guarantee of sustained profitability or supply.
