Bulk Sex Toys: How to Plan a Wholesale Order
A bulk sex toys order is an inventory decision as well as a supplier decision. Buying more units only helps if the assortment, packaging and replenishment schedule fit your business. Before asking for a volume discount, decide which products belong in the first order and what you need to learn from it.

This guide focuses on planning a bulk order for retailers and distributors, including buyers shipping to the USA, UK or Germany. Country names alone do not define customer preferences: use your own sales history, customer questions and planned sales channels to shape the range. Start with the WM Custom Dolls toys wholesale range, then build an order list by model.
Build a model-level order list
Record the product reference, colour or version, quantity, packaging and included accessories on a separate line for each item. A total such as “200 mixed units” leaves room for different interpretations if the mix is not written down.
For an existing store, separate proven repeat sellers from products you are testing. For a new range without sales history, identify the unanswered questions first: expected selling price, presentation, customer interest and the amount of stock you can manage. Treat demand as something to measure, not as a promise made by a supplier.
Check how minimum quantities apply to a mixed order
Ask whether the minimum quantity applies per model, colour, carton or packaging design. Also ask whether different products can be combined and whether the unit price changes when quantities are split across several versions. The answer for a standard item may differ from the answer for private-label packaging.
Keep the confirmed mix in the quotation. If an item becomes unavailable, require approval of the replacement model and quantity before dispatch. Similar catalogue photographs are not enough to establish that two products are interchangeable.
Approve samples before committing to the bulk specification
Use samples to confirm dimensions, finish, assembly, controls and the accessories supplied with the selected version. Ask for the material specification and any relevant product-specific documentation. Do not infer a material grade from a product name or a general marketing label.
Record the model and version of the approved sample, along with any requested changes. For a powered item, include the charging connection and instructions in that record. Agree how discrepancies in the delivered order will be documented and reported.
Plan packaging and receiving, not just the products
Confirm the retail pack, units per outer carton, carton markings and available packing dimensions. These details help your team identify stock and plan receiving space. If several models share a carton, ask how each line will be identified on the packing list.
- For standard packaging, confirm exactly what is included in the quoted price.
- For branded packaging, confirm artwork requirements, approval stages and separate charges.
- For multiple destinations, ask whether the order can be split and how this changes packing and freight.
Keep packaging approval separate from product approval. An accepted product sample does not automatically confirm the final printed box, label or accessory set.
Separate dispatch timing from the replenishment plan
Ask which items are in stock and which require production, then confirm the expected dispatch date and estimated transit time separately. WM Custom Dolls wholesale orders typically ship from China. Some retail or ready-stock items may ship from US or European warehouses; confirm the dispatch location for your particular order in the shipping arrangements.
For repeat orders, record the actual time from approval to receipt. Review it alongside sales and remaining stock before choosing the next order date. Do not assume a previous production slot, price or stock position will remain available indefinitely.
Review the first shipment before expanding the range
At receiving, reconcile the packing list with the models and quantities delivered. Keep photos and notes of any differences. After the initial sales period, review sell-through by model, customer questions and reported issues before increasing quantities or adding more versions.
A small trial and a large replenishment order answer different questions. Expand based on what the trial demonstrates; a lower unit price does not resolve an unsuitable assortment.
Bulk ordering questions
Can I combine toys and torsos in one enquiry?
You can send a combined shortlist from the wholesale catalogue and torsos wholesale page. Ask for confirmation of model-level minimums, packing and shipping before treating it as one approved order.
What should I include when requesting a bulk quote?
Send product links or model references, quantities by version, destination, required delivery window and packaging requirements. Indicate whether you need samples or artwork approval before production.
Is private-label packaging available for every quantity?
Do not assume so. Request confirmation for the specific model, design and quantity, including any additional minimums, charges and lead time.
