A supplier should not be described as verified without identifying the checks performed and their limitations. Business identity, model specifications, document scope, pricing and shipment performance are different subjects.

Understand what a sample shows
Photographs and a sample can provide information about the item reviewed. They do not establish that every production batch is identical. A material name or acceptable appearance also does not confirm an unsupported grade or safety claim.
Compare written terms
The quotation should identify quantity, included services and relevant shipment conditions. A volume discount does not establish the complete cost. Previous export experience is not a guarantee of the next delivery.
Keep communication evidence in context
Clear answers and an identifiable business contact are useful records. Fast replies do not prove manufacturing ownership or production capacity. Unclear information needs clarification rather than an unsupported good-or-bad classification.
Do not turn checks into a guarantee
A small order evaluates a particular transaction. It is not the safest way to ensure success and cannot guarantee long-term stability. Record what was checked, what was confirmed and what remains unknown before using a broad verification label.
