A private label may change presentation without changing the model itself. Logo work, packaging and product modifications should be distinguished so that the requested scope is clear.

Confirm availability by model
A supplier's general customization description does not establish that every option can be applied to every item. The material, construction, dimensions and included accessories should remain identifiable through any proposed changes.
Keep rights separate from appearance
A new package or label does not automatically create an exclusive product. Any design-use rights, territorial restrictions or exclusive arrangement require explicit terms. Brand recognition and customer loyalty also cannot be inferred from the label.
Read quantity and cost conditions together
The product and customized packaging may have different minimums. A price should state what is included, and a later order may have different conditions. A volume increase does not establish a higher margin.
Avoid a universal business ranking
This article does not provide comparative evidence that this model is among the most profitable or effective ways to operate. It describes the scope that needs clarification, without promising a commercial result.
