Mixed Product Ranges: Separate Specifications and Order Conditions

A shared brand does not make products equivalent

Full-size models, torsos and other items can appear in the same range while having different construction, packaging and service requirements. A common label does not establish that the same order terms apply to all of them.

Avoid assigning automatic sales roles

Category names do not establish sales speed, demand or profitability. Claims that one category supplies cash flow while another provides high margins need records covering the actual models and period.

Check the minimum for each item

A model, variant and customized package can each have different minimums. Mixed orders need their own conditions rather than an assumed catalogue-wide allowance.

Keep customization consistent with the specification

Logo and packaging work should identify the relevant item. Product changes and exclusive designs need separate confirmation. A consistent appearance does not establish identical material or performance characteristics.

Do not infer stability from a wider range

Adding categories changes the stock and support involved. It does not guarantee higher repeat purchasing, lower shipment cost or a stable revenue model. The useful comparison is the documented scope and obligations of each part of the range.
