This page explains the information relevant to a distributor enquiry. It does not establish an authorized distributor appointment, an exclusive territory or a guaranteed production allocation.

WM's website describes a distributor and sourcing role, including multi-brand sourcing and OEM or private-label coordination. The earlier references to our own manufacturing division and a defined authorized distributor programme went beyond the information established on this page.

Information relevant to an enquiry

The original application checklist covers company details, the country or region served, existing distribution channels, warehouse locations, estimated quantities and any private-label interest. These details describe an enquiry; providing them does not create an appointment or acceptance.

The intended products and variants should be identified clearly so that any response refers to the same scope. Existing sales volume or a forecast is not a guarantee of future orders.

Terms that require separate agreement

Volume pricing, minimum quantities, model allocation and reorder arrangements need confirmation in the applicable quotation or agreement. This page does not establish container-level pricing, fixed production capacity or a standing stock commitment.

Regional protection or exclusivity should not be assumed. Any such arrangement would need explicit agreement defining its scope and conditions. An ordinary enquiry or catalogue listing does not confer those rights.

Private-label and production information

Logo application, packaging changes, model variations and other customization requests need confirmation for the particular products. Coordination of these requests does not by itself establish who manufactures each item or who owns the production facilities.

Quality inspection, export documentation and delivery arrangements also need an agreed scope. A general statement about support does not confirm compliance for every model or destination.

How to read the response

Keep an initial discussion separate from confirmed terms. The enquiry response should identify which requests can be addressed, which remain open and which require a separate agreement. This page does not promise approval, a response deadline or long-term supply.
