Discretion is not established by a keyword or a general promise of private shipping. Packaging, billing, payment processing and handling of personal information are separate subjects. The relevant policies and order details need to explain each one.

Privacy practices need to be described in the applicable policies and order terms. A market forecast or supplier website alone does not establish how a particular order will be handled.
Clarify the shipment and communications
Neutral outer packaging, shipment labels and delivery notifications need to be confirmed for the actual order. Do not assume blind fulfilment or confidential tracking is included. Necessary shipment information should not be confused with optional branding.
Keep business and privacy claims separate
Minimum order quantities, private-label options and restocking arrangements describe commercial terms. They do not establish data protection compliance or remove operational uncertainty. Private labelling also does not guarantee higher margins.
The USA and Europe should not be treated as two uniform sets of customer preferences. Destination-specific requirements and the parties' actual responsibilities need checking separately. A general claim of experience does not confirm them.
Record the terms that apply
Retain the published policies and any clarification relevant to the order. Identify unresolved questions before treating discretion, delivery or data handling as a confirmed service. This article does not certify WM's privacy practices or guarantee business growth.
