Logo application, packaging design and changes to the model are separate activities. The offer should identify which are included for the selected item. The private-label name does not establish all of them.

Treat exclusive rights separately
An exclusive model is a different commitment from a branded package. Its scope and any restrictions need an agreement. A catalogue listing does not itself confer those rights.
Confirm quantity and price conditions
The minimum can change with the model, variant or requested work. A trial quantity should not be assumed available for every customization. A higher purchase price does not establish a higher resale value.
Keep business outcomes unpromised
Branding does not guarantee loyalty, demand or a better margin. A private-label arrangement should be assessed through its actual scope and costs rather than described as universally profitable.
Record the actual arrangement
Keep the specification, approved presentation and applicable order conditions together. Later orders and additional customization require their own confirmation. The service description should remain a statement of scope rather than a promise of business success.
