1. Orders & Acceptance

• An order, quotation acceptance, or payment request does not guarantee product availability. All orders are subject to confirmation by WM Custom Dolls.
• We may refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing or description errors, destination restrictions, suspected fraud, or other reasonable operational concerns. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
• Wholesale quantities, customization details, packaging, production time, delivery estimates, and other project requirements are confirmed in the applicable quotation, invoice, or order communication.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Unless otherwise stated, website prices and quotations are shown in USD.
• Wholesale pricing may depend on product selection, quantity, customization, packaging, stock location, and destination.
• Available payment methods and payment terms are confirmed at checkout or in the applicable quotation or invoice.
• Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, and shipping charges unless the confirmed order states otherwise.

3. Product Information & Customization

• We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability accurate. Colors, finishes, dimensions, and packaging may vary slightly because of display settings, production tolerances, or supplier updates.
• Customized, made-to-order, and private-label products are produced according to the details confirmed before production. Buyers are responsible for reviewing and approving those details.
• If an item received is materially different from the confirmed order, please contact us promptly and refer to our Return Policy.

4. Shipping, Ownership & Risk

• Production, processing, and delivery estimates vary by product, quantity, customization, warehouse, destination, and shipping method.
• Ownership and risk of loss are handled according to the shipping terms stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, or order confirmation, subject to applicable law.

5. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WM Custom Dolls is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

• We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version accepted when an order is confirmed applies to that order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• These terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any additional governing-law or dispute terms stated in a confirmed quotation, invoice, or written agreement will apply to that transaction.
